Lessons I’ve Learned From Watching Too Many Cartoons

18 Aug

  • If you fight with fists, you’re a bully.  If you fight with words, you’re a hero.  If you fight with both, you’re awesome.
  • Kids always know something that you don’t.
  • Villains cry too.
  • You’ll get farther in life being quirky than pretty.
  • Cats are the enemy.
  • Grown-ups always know something that you don’t.
  • Always bet on the underdog.
  • Anything you do is better done with a friend.  Unless that friend is creepy.
  • There is always somebody bigger and meaner than your bully.
  • Never listen to anybody who suggests something “like thiiIIIIiiis!”
  • Organized sports are also the enemy.
  • Te bigger your eyes are, the more likely you’re a decent human being.
  • When in doubt, kick somebody in the nuts.
  • There are few wounds that time can’t heal.  Unless you’re evil, and then you’ll develop a scar and a taste for vengeance.
  • No matter what happens during the day, home will be home tomorrow.
  • Your mother always knows something that you don’t.

Ha! Love it! I know exactly what you’re talking about with the “ThiiIIIIiiis.” That’s a bad guy every time.

It’s funny… There always is someone bigger And stronger than your bully… and he is usually like a big, soft, cute sumo guy… Mulan comes to mind 😉
